We had our floors done last week And it looks amazing! The Installers, Jason and Jonathan, were very diligent and professional. They were here on time and kept us in the loop for each phase. They gave us great post install instructions and the pricing was by far the best around! I highly recommend Garage Flooring Pros!

They did my carport two months ago. I had a crack in it the whole width. After a few calls they came back and fixed it and a part of the driveway they didn't" do. The crack is fixed but it is raised so you can see it more. When they did it we had a hard rain 45 minutes after they finished. Maybe that is some of the problem. I have had people go by and ask about who did it and what I think of it. I have had three people who are getting it done. The guy that gave me your number is supposed to get something for having me get mine done and nothing so far. If not going to do things don't say you are. I like the looks of it and I hope it holds up. Another year and I should be able to tell. Thank you Joe

Garage flooring did a great job! They were on time and efficient. Our installer Oscar did an awesome job and we couldn’t be happier. He explained the process to us and took his time to do a great job. He stay late and came back early the next day to finish up. I will be referring my friends to Garage Dlooring Pros. Thank you!

Great quality work. The job wasn't able to be completed because the installer wouldn't finish because there was cat pooh on the floor. I can even understand. My frustration is that rather than calling me to offer an option they just left the job. Didn't even bother to tell me they were walking off. Then, later I get a call to reschedule in 10 days. Again, the part that has been done is awesome. My beef is that the folks walked off the job and didn't even call me to see what we could do. I would have even left work to run home to pick up the pooh. I feel like problem solving 101 is a part of customer service.

These guys are legit. The installer, Luis Soto, did an amazing job. Timely, courteous, thorough and efficient are just some of the adjectives I’d would use to describe him. The floor turned out incredible. Give this man a raise y’all. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Garage Flooring pros really. Emily was wonderful about adjusting to our schedule with timely calls, voicemails and text messages that kept us updated at all times. And, our initial contact and salesman, Brien Duplantis, was extremely knowledgeable and brimming with experience. I loved his down to earth attitude and genuine passion to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. A top notch experience all around I must say. Thank you all for such excellent service!

We saved over $2,000 on having our floors painted! We had 2 other quotes from other companies that did not specialise in this service. The entire experience was EZ , no pressure sales man and a company that communicated very effectively!

Garage Flooring Pro just installed a new floor coating and it looks good, but, the flakes are sticking up through the top coat like razors. Its like they did not put down enough top coat, I just emailed the company to inform them of the problem, hopefully they will make this right quickly because my belonging are outside. I will update when I hear from the company.

We had a very pleasant experience with this company, staring with the quote which was done within a few days from contacting them and then the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. The price quoted was very competitive. The work was done on the promised date, the technician was very professional and explained the process and how to maintain the floor for best results. The floor looks fantastic, we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend this company

Louis applied a beautiful coating on my garage floor. I called my neighbor Bruce Brigman over to see what was done and he liked it a lot. He said after his roof is done, he’ll get your number and call!

Happy with final product, but some issues before and during installation.
CONS:
1) No call before hand to confirm date/time, on any of the appointments.
2) Discount did not match 10% discount, was less.
3) Was told 9am scheduled time by salesman, called around 10 to see where techs were. Was told I was scheduled between noon and 2pm. They didn’t show up until after 3.
4) Was told one day job, turned into 2 day job.
5) Felt as if they were trying to rush the job to get caught up on other jobs.
6) Had additional area added on (approximately 24 Sq ft), was charged for 50 Sq ft…..no one measured area, guess they thought it would just slide.
7) Had to have them come back for additional 2nd coat on floor due to excessive paint chip exposed through top coat, and 3rd coat to corners and vertical areas….same reason, chips exposed. To clean up the chips that were stuck to siding, screen of area enclosure of back patio.
8) Limited color choices, although they did have the colors we were looking for.
PROS:
1) Competitive or better pricing than other quotes of same job.
2) Pricing and discount was corrected after lengthly discussion on phone.
3) Quality of job & product…after 2nd and 3rd follow up, is great.
4) Customer service is very responsive with getting back to you, phone and emails.
In conclusion:
1) Are we satisfied with the job, yes.
2) Would we use them again, most likely.

The garage flooring already looks impressive, even though it’s still in the drying stage. The installation was smooth, the finish appears clean and high‑quality, and you can already tell it’s going to elevate the whole space once fully cured. Excited to see the final result and would definitely recommend the service so far.
