I have put off this review for too long. I had the interior floors of my commercial building done. First problem I encountered was the virtual/over the phone quote. I asked several times for someone to come view the building but was told it wasn’t necessary. I should have not proceeded. Sadly, I allowed the job to happen so I take partial blame. But the horrible finished product is all on Garage Flooring Pros. I asked for a seamless pour without cut lines and was left with an outdoor garage indoors. They completely covered all of my floor drains so I was left to chisel off epoxy and damage the drain covers. They did come out a second time and attempt to fix their mistakes but that was after the owner argued that it was the plumbers fault that the guys covered over the drains and covers? I was left to fill in all of the expansion joints myself- which completely ruined the look of the floors. There are so many rough spots and cloudy areas that I try not to look down because it makes me upset. Sadly I have no desire to have them attempt to “fix” anything because that would entail ripping/sanding everything off and starting fresh and if that is the case I would rather chose a different company.

AMAZING! Professional and incredible work ! My garage looked Terrible! Cracks and chips everywhere and today it looks like a gorgeous stone finish ! Walter and his partner did an Incredible Job! Arrived on time, worked super clean and so thorough! Explained everything about the drying process! Top Notch company from the Owners to the crews! So Happy I chose this Company !😊

From the quoting process to the final product, our experience with Garage Flooring Pros was a straight 10. Quoting was quick, precise, and better than we had hoped. Great communication. Two gentlemen showed up precisely on time and were very professional. No wasted motions by either team member. Each knew exactly what needed to be done. 3 car garage, 3 hours and they were driving off leaving the place cleaner than when they showed up. I would highly recommend Garage Floor Pros.

Think twice before dealing with Vanita & John Biasco in Florida. A guarantee is only as good as the management and the company. Their solution to flooring problems is to fire the sales person and one of the men applying the epoxy (the other one was their son). They don't answer phone calls or accept certified mail.

The sales pitch versus what was actually delivered is the reason for this rating. I hired them for both the garage floor and the patio.
During the sales consultation with Whitney, I was assured that all of our garage equipment (solar batteries and plumbing) would be safely covered and protected by the team. However, when the installers arrived, they stated they were not briefed on protecting that equipment, and even if they had been, they weren’t allowed to do it. We had to postpone the job a full week so I could go out and buy my own tarps to cover everything myself.
Additionally, I was told during the sales pitch that the small drop-off area by the garage door could be coated. The installers informed me it wasn't covered, had a high chance of being damaged, and would require the garage door to constantly stay off the ground.
For the patio, which is made of three separate slabs, I explicitly asked Whitney if the coating would make it look like one solid, unified slab. She said yes. However, the installers told me they don't do anything with the joints, so it will always look like three separate slabs. I was apparently supposed to hire someone else to fill and "fix" the concrete joints first before they could top it. The sales pitch promised it would all be taken care of.
I am not upset with the installers, they did what they were able to do with the tools and information they were given. I am incredibly frustrated that the sales pitch made false promises that couldn't (or wouldn't) be delivered. Proceed with caution and get every single detail in writing.
Those also overcharged me $50 between the contract and a phone call discount for the issues with tarps

Excellent experience from start to finish! The installers were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process. They also left everything spotless when they were done. GFP repaired and refinished my garage floor after a previous coating from another company had peeled badly, and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend them!
