Couldn't be more pleased with the entire process, quote was given within a few days of contact. Chris provided precise information for all my questions and concerns. In a couple days I was calling for an appointment for installation. Knew they were booked out a month so no surprises. Due to weather the job was pushed a week, but they kept me informed. Mohammed and Cam were my installers They were nonstop, grinding out all the many cracks in the concrete floor and then doing their magic with the two coats (technically 3 coats I believe) they never stopped working. They were pleasant and so professional and answered all my questions. They didn’t care who in my neighborhood stopped to watch the process.
When I tell you that this was a flawless experience, I am not exaggerating at all!

I highly recommend Garage Flooring Pros. Nick was my salesman and he helped me pick a color (Gravel) and answered all my questions. Also, the office girls were very patient and answered questions that I had. The installers were very professional and punctual and hard working. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were done. My garage floor looks great!

Met with 3 different companies to get pricing on my garage floor with polyaspartic finish and full flake. Garage Flooring Pros gave me the best price so went with them. I have been a commercial construction superintendent for 30 years so pretty much know my way around. Watched so many videos on the subject to familiar myself with the products and proper installation. OK so talked to my salesman and he said that he would get in touch with their installation manager and have him call me. Several further attempts but never heard from this person. Install day came so let their crew know what was expected so there would be no surprises. Went out to check after they supposedly finished grinding the floor. They didn't go around the perimeter of the room with a hand grinder up close to the walls. Said that with this product it wasn't needed (a lie). Called their office to question my understanding of the process and they confirmed my understanding of grinding up to the wall. They got in touch with their men however they only got their big machine as close as possible and said that their grinder wouldn't get any closer (to lazy to get on their hands and knees with a hand grinder). At this point they had started with the 1st coat of polyurea. I was supposed to get a full flake floor however went back out and they had only done a light flake. They said that was what the paperwork called for (WRONG). Called their office again and they agreed that I was supposed to get a full flake. Now their crew had to go back and put another coat of polyurea on and the full flake and polyaspartic coat. I know this is a long review but just to suggest that you know what they are supposed to do and check on them. People can get lazy and try to get away with bare minimum. I'm happy with the end result but concerned about the perimeter possibly peeling down the road.
Russ was a great source of information and advice and just a darned nice guy! No pressure sales, and sold me on hiring Garage Pro’s to epoxy my two car garage. Jesus arrived about 9 am and was done by 1:30pm. Beautiful have flake jib, and left everything spotless! Reasonably priced and great communication! Ty!!!

All the concrete surrounding my home was done in the color called Orbit. Everything looks great. Orbit goes good with my gray siding. They cleaned up well.

Overall amazing experience! From the time they came in for free estimates, talking back and forth for a while till we could decide to go with them, everything is professional experience. They are professionally trained and experienced! The finish is perfect ! They took care of the post cleaning as well. Briefed well on the post care instructions also ! They scheduled last month and said they were coming tomorrow so I took everything out of my garage and they tell me last minute they can't come tomorrow or at all this week. This is ridiculous to cancel last minute.

Garage Flooring Pros recently completed our garage floor, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. The project was done in two phases. First, they diamond sanded the surface and thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned all exposed areas. Then they applied the base layer of epoxy and broadcast the color flakes, allowing it to set overnight. The following day, the team returned to apply the clear coat. The finished floor looks fantastic—clean, professional, and high-quality. We’re very happy with their workmanship and highly recommend them to anyone considering a garage floor upgrade.

Garage Flooring Pros came in rather late in the day and I was concerned if they would stick to the.one day installation. They rough up the floor, painted and sprinkled chips left to go to another job, came back and stayed till the floor was sealed. They did an absolute amazing job. I could not be happier with the excellent product and incredible service that Garage Flooring Pros delivered. I typically have very high expectations and even my very high standards were exceeded well beyond my wildest dreams!
First, no matter how good the product is, it takes really skilled and qualified people to apply this level of Epoxy Coating. My installer's name was Santos, truly one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. It didn't take long for me to realize the level of skill and true excellence that Santos has. I was then and still am now very impressed. His work ethic and insistence on only doing things the right way is something you don't get to see often. From beginning to completion I felt as though I was watching an artist as he painted a beautiful painting right before my eyes! Thank you Santos!!

Had these guys come out about a year ago. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. Lots of attention to detail. I have recommended this company to many people to do their garage floor. This second photo is how the floor looks 1 year later.
GFP gave me a great price to coat my garage floors. But upon the first install there were some quality defects which Office Manager Kim and Service Manager Leslie helped me to make it right in a prompt and fair manner! I requested a few quotes on having our garage floor coated. David with Garage Flooring Pros came in with the best price and product. Scheduling was a little over a month out in the Phoenix area. The floor was done in a day (including diamond sanded, cracks filled and sealed), but it felt too rough and not quite as smooth as other projects we had done in the past. They came out and re-sanded and top coated and it's great now. Great follow up, customer service and results. Recommending them to other family and friends and would use them again.

The whole experience from explaining the choices available with the pricing by Mr. Reynolds last month to the installation on Monday was very professional. The staff and installers were courteous and the floor was installed in a timely fashion and the installers only left a wonderful floor behind with no other sign of them being there. Last week I had my golf cart garage flooring done. From my initial phone call to Garage Flooring Pros, then my meeting with Brien Duplantis and the installation by Josue everything went seamlessly. When I was given a time, Brien and Josue both were on time (in fact even a little earlier) I did take a few peaks as it was being done and it is a fascinating process. I am extremely pleased with the flooring. One of my neighbors liked it so much she scheduled her garage floor to be done. I'd like the option of giving 4.5 stars. Bottom line is we are now happy with the floor and the outcome after a fix, it looks amazing and so easy to clean, I almost feel I should walk barefoot on it rather with my shoes. The installers who came were all nice and courteous, they definitely took pride in their work.
Had to call GFP back after the first install as the apron of the garage was not done on the first round, and there were some spiky/uneven and rough finishes across the floor. Photos included, but those have since been smoothed out. I was told that the apron was not done because it was not concrete, which it actually was. It was a no questions asked, very easy process to get them to come back and fix the stated issues.
However, there are waves in the finished floor (gradual uneven surface - can be seen in the picture attached), which cannot be attributed to the concrete as this is a new built and the concrete was clean and flat before the install. I don't have time now to arrange another fix, plus am also not sure if it will make it worse to have them attempt it. Would be glad to get some feedback on that for a resolution, please.
Other than that, we are pleased with this and would definitely recommend the company for this product. Ask for Louis as the installer.

We has a wonderful experience with Garage Flooring Pros. We had our garage floor done which was about 625 square feet. The team came out one day and they did half , came back a week later and did the second half of the garage. Our installer Todd and his team were extremely nice and couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. Can’t say enough about how great it looks. I was torn on if I should do floor tiles or get it coated, I went with the floor epoxy and I gotta say I’m not too enthused with it, it’s very bubbly and lotta scratches everywhere. In all the photos I saw I thought it’d be very smooth looking. It’s was my luck that when the garage door had to be open an inch to dry that leaves would blow in and dry in the paint, I tried pulling most out but I’ll just always have leaves in my floor now. I also wish I had realized how easily the floor could get dirty, anytime you pull a car in or out it’s deep tire marks that I keep wiping off along with simple shoe prints everywhere. The company was easy to deal with but the overall product just makes me wish I went with floor tiles for about the same money.

We saw GFP’s product in a friend’s driveway and were impressed. The pricing was more than fair. The work crew was experienced, courteous, efficient, and on time. Garage Flooring Pros just completed a great job of coating our double garage floor. They were very accommodating to do the job over two installation days by moving all of our "stuff" from one side to the other and then reversing the process for the other side. It rained the day of the install and although the diamond grinding and patchwork was done, the epoxy application had to wait another day. Noel was awesome at communicating and getting me rescheduled. Garage Flooring Pros did a great job. Price was excellent as well as the installation. It's only been a month and have dropped a workbench on it already which caused no damage. The products used are top notch. I went with full flake cashmere. It's stunning when the entire floor is done. The color sample and attached picture doesn't do it justice. Over the course of three separate jobs with varying crews, the professionalism, courtesy, and quality were all consistently outstanding. Great value for the money. Could not be happier with the finished product. Got the epoxy garage floor for the look, but a huge part was for the safety. With a newborn I felt our garage floor was too slick when wet. The epoxy flooring looks amazing and has subtle grip so now I have peace of mind. Due to the time of year there were some complications scheduling wise, but my rep (Bret) went above and beyond to handle all of my concerns. He showed he cared about my family and walked me through every update. Without him, I would have had a completely different experience. All referrals I will send for this company are due to the quality of work, but I will be sending them directly to Bret to handle the process.

After purchasing a new home in 2019 The Garage Flooring Pros applied epoxy coating to our garage floor. Everything about the service was done well from the estimate process (sales) to the install. Five years later we needed a refresh because of discoloration from hot tire marks and home improvement projects. In addition we had a garage flooring crack that needed repair. I contacted Garage Floor Pros from an ad I saw on Instagram. From that initial contact I spoke with a very experienced employee named David. I did my research and asked several questions. He answered each one politely and with expertise. We spoke for some time until I had jotted down the info he kindly gave me and kept my notes. Then a few days passed and I had contacted another two companies offering the same service. I spoke with their representatives and all were open to discussions. After that I had each company out to our property so they could give me a price and to see color samples and professionalism. Garage Floor Pros were the best choice for several reasons including best price, more modern materials that won’t fade or turn yellow, a strong guarantee. Also everyone I spoke too at GFP was not rushed, took their time and were accommodating to our needs including changing our mind on color choice twice and changing the job date 3 times! The day came for new floor coating application and the technicians were excellent and on time, they had heavy duty equipment and completed project to perfection filling the cracks and chips and imperfections in our garage floor. The new coating is called “GRAVEL” it’s a lighter shade so it keeps cooler with the Sun in the mornings, it also make the garage seem larger and easier on the eyes. It’s an astounding change to see and we picked the right company to perform this difficult task that is meant to last years. GFP is a large firm in multiple states, so if there’s problems they have the support and financial backing to keep you happy. So if you want to do it yourself, don’t, it’s worth having the right company do what they do best, transform your old floor into a showpiece your proud of. Perry did an amazing job working with my schedule! I asked it to be done with 1day notice so it could be done before we moved into our new home. I couldn’t believe it but he made it happen! Had a new epoxy full flake installed yesterday. It is absolutely beautiful. The two men that did the instal were great to work with. They said it would take 5 hours, and they were exactly right. The floor looks so nice, I don't want to put the cars in the garage.

We have three flooring projects at our home and "Garage Flooring Pros" has really stepped up and has provide a beautiful and tough garage floor. The gentlemen who provided the service were very professional and efficient. Our other two projects - front wrap around front porch and back patio is another story. A week after the garage was finished another crew came out to work on the back patio and the front porch. The gentlemen showed us the color scheme for the front porch and we realized it did not meet what we needed which was our fault. Sl the front porch project was not started. The gentlemen then started on the back patio and after they put the first coat on the floor we realized that the color was way too light. So this project was halted. Garage Flooring Pros have been working graciously with us to make sure that we are pleased with the color scheme. They have sent us sample mixtures to help us to match our color scheme. They have gone above and beyond to please us. By the way our garage looks like a airplane hanger with the flooring that has been installed.

Awesome flooring, installers were very professional. They did an awesome job on my garage flooring.
So far the experience has been great. The customer service is fantastic. I was able to get a quote the same week I reached out, and was explained in depth my options. The best thing was that I was not pressured to buy at that moment. I was able to think, analyze and comp shop around. Their prices are competitive like any other, but I can say the interaction from texting and the reps are amazing, that's why I preferred them.
Great service from quoting until job completion. The technician arrived on time and completed the job per the quote, garage floor looks great. Only negative is that the chemicals had a strong smell during installation (incl. smell getting into the house) and for a few days after, would have been nice if they had informed us about the smell in advance with advice to seal up the garage door that enters the house.

We had our screened porch and adjacent patio coated by Garage Flooring Pros, and the results were outstanding! The color and finish turned out better than in the pictures. We are also satisfied with the smooth finish, which does not cause any problem when walking on it as far as slipping - even when wet. The flakes completely cover both areas, and over time we expect the random flakes that did not fully bond to the surface will wash away, as guaranteed in the invoice, without impacting the surface coating. We will definitely use Garage Flooring Pros when it is time to finish our garage floor. Great Job, folks!

I was not completely satisfied with the first workers who did my garage floor but would have accepted it. Leslie insisted that it be redone and sent a different couple of workers. They did an excellent job and certainly proved to me that they stand behind their work.

Our flooring by Garage Flooring Pros looks great. The initial meeting was informative and answered all our questions. The floor looks so good, that now we cannot tell if it is dirty! The only issue I had was the cleanup process, the install blew all the extra flakes out onto the driveway and bushes, so our newly laid mulch is now full of flakes along with flakes on our pavers.

A different installer named Bob installed my back patio on a windy COLD day of less than 40 degrees. He managed through the weather and did a great job installing the flooring on my patio. After he left for some apparent reason, my stem walls were darker in color than the bottom of the floor. I explain this to GARAGE FLOORING PROS. Bob came back out and redid the entire back patio from scratch and it now looks absolutely amazing! You’re probably thinking why would I make such a comment on a review of GARAGE FLOORING PROS making a mistake? Well….. because if you’re going to have work done to your home by professional businesses, they will make mistakes sooner or later! No one on earth is perfect since the life of Jesus. So my initial experience wasn't stellar, but let me just say that this company made everything that initially wasn't right, right. They owned their mistakes and corrected everything quickly. We loved our installers and the gentlemen that came out to patch up two spots that needed touch up. The floor looks amazing and we are EXTREMELY SATISFIED. I had garage floor epoxy done recently by this company. I had estimates from 5 different people and picked this one. Due to rain issues in DFW recently, there was a minor glitch but overall things went smooth. I wish there was a written warranty given than just verbal. Garage Flooring Prod exceeded my expectations! We decided to epoxy our garage floor because my husband wanted to have a home gym. We went with domino and added “gem” flakes to the flooring and it turned out so cool! If you like a little extra flair, the gems are a nice touch. They were very generous with the spread of gem flakes, so if you only want a little sparkle, I would let them know how much you want. It’s hard to see in pictures, but it looks so good in person! It definitely adds a unique touch to the regular epoxy flooring! They did the job in about 3 hours. Which was a lot faster than I expected. My biggest concern was the coverage around our water softener, but they did such an amazing job! You can’t even tell there isn’t epoxy underneath there! Other than the smell that will last for a week or so, I was highly satisfied with everything!

We had a small problem with the garage apron near the door and instead of coating that would lift on there,they indicated that they would come back and redo it at no charge after I had the concrete repaired, which was more than acceptable more than fair. Initially the garage floor coating yellowed a bit and peeled up in areas over time. It seemed the FL sun and heat were too much for the epoxy resin. "Garage Floor Pros" came back and explained they had changed vendors to a more suitable product. They never ran away or found some way to blame the customer. Nope, flat out came back and redid the floor no questions asked. This sadly is quite rare, but it shows what integrity they have. So I can highly recommend them to provide a quality product and stand behind it.

Great job/experience! I would like to recognize a few people that made it a great experience. Britt Ware came to our house for the initial estimate. I tend to be that person that asks a bunch of questions. Britt was very professional and quick to respond to all my questions. He was not pushy and very knowledgeable of the product and process. Next in line was Kim Henderson. Due to scheduling conflicts, Kim was able to work some magic and get our install moved up. It was not easy, but Kim made it happen and was very pleasant throughout the process. Last in line was our installer Josh and his helper. These guys did a great job. New home, 20'x20', were in and out in 4 hours even with the complete treatment. Much better priced than the job we had done in Pennsylvania. And they even did up the sides where the concrete met the drywall. Got a lot of unsolicited compliments on the floor, especially from subcontractors we had coming in to our house. Called customer service and they said they received a bad batch of epoxy and offered to redo the floor at no cost covered under their life time warranty. Very pleased with company and workmanship.

This company is one of the rare companies that stands behind their product and installation. This past June I had them install flooring in my 2-car garage. I chose the flake option with the black and white chips. The team came as promised and ground down the existing concrete floor, filled cracks in various places and laid down the new flooring. Looking at the floor from the outside everything appeared to be fine. However when I went inside the house and viewed the floor through the door in a different light I noticed waves in the floor. It appeared to me as if the epoxy had started to harden before the coating had completely settled down. I called the company and explained what had happened. They asked me to take a few photos and send them which I promptly did. I expected to have to argue, cajole and persuade them to fix the problem which usually happens. to me. To my pleasant surprise there was no hesitation, no excuses, no whining, they simply scheduled a date to come out and re-do the whole floor. I inquired if the floor was reparable and they said no that the flooring had to be ground down and completely re-done. The re-do was completed last week and what a difference. I am completely satisfied with the can-do attitude of those I dealt with and the appearance of the new floor. I have no hesitation in recommending this company 100% for anyone needing their services.
With so many companies providing this service, it was difficult to even decide who to get quotes from. We got a quote from GFP. The sales rep came out and gave us a rundown on the process, what to look for when reviewing other companies, etc. it was a no-pressure meeting which is refreshing. Needless to say, we went with GFP. We got on their schedule. Great communication from start to finish. The installer was on time, was constantly cleaning the area and did a great job. We are completely satisfied with the work and the look. One thing - I wasn’t aware of the stem wall option. I thought that “finished” look was part of the job. I checked my invoice and I was wrong. Oh well. If you are having your garage done, go with a stem wall. I don’t know if it can be done after the fact, I haven’t checked with GFP. Either way, the job completely transformed the garage!!

Garage pro came out and did my garage, at first I was disappointed with the way my floor looked. I called there office and explained why I was not happy with it. They sent a man back out named Lorenzo. He redid my floor and I can't be any happier. The floor looks just like I imagined it would be. As a matter of fact Lenenzo just left my house after doing my shop, again he did a beautiful job just like I wanted it to be done. Right now I give garage pro and lenenzo a 5 star out of 5. Recently got my garage floor done from GFP, it absolutely came out amazing. The staff was very punctual and very professional during the installation. They completed the install in under 4 hours and did a great job. The life time warranty on the floor is definitely a plus and far as the quality and life of the coating, I guess time will tell.

Absolutely love the work Lorenzo did for us on our garage floor. There was some miscommunication between the contract specifications and the installer which resulted in having the spread the job over two days but we're extremely satisfied with the work completed. Would recommend confirming the work with the installer before the day of installation.

I had the floor done about a year ago. I was amazed with the transformation. It is beautiful. Unfortunately, the previous installers failed to use the correct sealant on the apron portion and it yellowed from the sun.
I contacted the company, they sent Marciano out. He arrived on time, ground off the yellowed apron material, and recoated it with the correct flake and sealer. Even though aprons are not warrantied, Garage Floor Pros' did the repair free of charge. I am a very happy customer.

Great customer service experience!!! I had my garage floors epoxy coated (Gray) about 3-years ago and the epoxy resin has turned from clear to a dark shaded color. I spoke with the office manager of Garage Flooring Pros and they told me that the epoxy that was used was apparently defective. Garage Flooring Pros has agreed to redo the garage floors at no cost as covered under their lifetime warranty. VERY pleased with their willingness to make the situation right.

They showed up on time; did not completely seal the chips. Called them and they came back out to seal the patios. They turned out just fine.
Very happy about the looks and feel of the floor after a 2nd crew came and did a sanding a 2nd top coat - looks great and is smooth now! One star off because the result was not good right away, but kudos to customer service and the crew for coming out and making sure the result became great! Good communication and punctual crew.

I have had such a great experience with Garage flooring pros. I had mine done in February of 2021. I am not easy to please and can be very picky but I have no complaints here! I had to be out of town for the install day for a work trip, but my wife was home. I was a bit nervous to not be there, as I like to be involved in those types of projects and watch the work being done. They did an incredible job cleaning up the job site before they left. You could barely tell they had been there aside from the beautiful floor they installed!
