Luis Soto did a fenomenal job on my terrible looking garage floor. He took out about 60lbs of all paint and left the floor brand new!!!! Already people have come to see the floor and they are very amazed for the job that Luis has done. He is courteous, kind and at the same very professional. Garage Pros - I honestly don’t know where to begin. My sales executive Russel was super professional and “not salesie” He didn’t try to upsell or blow smoke around. He was honest, professional and a Marine Corps veteran. He and I probably chewed the same dirt at some point but that is beside the point. The 2 man crew that came out to do the work are at the top of their game. Neat and tidy as the day is long. Most importantly - they care about the work that they produced. I work from home so I watched them do their thing all day. In short they stood back and reviewed every thing that they did as they progressed. Just as I the home owner would. In closing they provided excellent service at far less price than their competitors. If you want your driveway resurfaced at a fair price, that also comes with excellent service call Russel Reynolds. I would definitely NOT recommend this business. They want 50% payment just to make an appointment. No financing and money upfront to only make an appointment. RED FLAG!! Also how can they have all 5 star reviews when numerous people have given low reviews???!
