What a breath of fresh air! The team that showed up were on time and ready to work. Great attention to detail and took the time to explain everything they were going to do, and then they did it. The sales pitch versus what was actually delivered is the reason for this rating. I hired them for both the garage floor and the patio.
During the sales consultation with Whitney, I was assured that all of our garage equipment (solar batteries and plumbing) would be safely covered and protected by the team. However, when the installers arrived, they stated they were not briefed on protecting that equipment, and even if they had been, they weren’t allowed to do it. We had to postpone the job a full week so I could go out and buy my own tarps to cover everything myself.
Additionally, I was told during the sales pitch that the small drop-off area by the garage door could be coated. The installers informed me it wasn't covered, had a high chance of being damaged, and would require the garage door to constantly stay off the ground.
For the patio, which is made of three separate slabs, I explicitly asked Whitney if the coating would make it look like one solid, unified slab. She said yes. However, the installers told me they don't do anything with the joints, so it will always look like three separate slabs. I was apparently supposed to hire someone else to fill and "fix" the concrete joints first before they could top it. The sales pitch promised it would all be taken care of.
I am not upset with the installers, they did what they were able to do with the tools and information they were given. I am incredibly frustrated that the sales pitch made false promises that couldn't (or wouldn't) be delivered. Proceed with caution and get every single detail in writing.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The installers were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process. They also left everything spotless when they were done. GFP repaired and refinished my garage floor after a previous coating from another company had peeled badly, and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend them!

We’re new to North Myrtle Beach and contacted several companies for ideas and pricing for a 3 car garage a screened in lanai and two uncovered concrete pads. Brett was thorough and worked with us thru some scheduling issues. Then two very professional installers John and Donnie did the lanai and pads, on one of the hottest days so far this year. They did an absolutely FABULOUS JOB and we were beyond thrilled when they were assigned to do our garage approximately 10 days later.We didn’t think the results would be so dramatic, but again John and Donnie did ANOTHER FABULOUS JOB. Within a day or so, Whitney was able to drive out and present all of wonderful options and she really presented a very professional package that I could not refuse.

Today was the day for the
technicians from Garage Flooring Pro to install my PolyaSpartic Flooring. The guys arrived at 7am sharp ready to get started. They were very professional. I was explained what was going to take place and approximate time of completion. I felt so confident that I went back into the house and fell asleep. When my doorbell rang, I was told that the job was complete. I almost felt like being in the wait room at a hospital. The floor was absolutely beautiful. I was given complete instructions on caring for the floor. The young man explained everything in great detail. They did an awesome job. I definitely would recommend Garage Flooring Pro, not only for the excellent job, but their price made it possible for me to get this project done. I received quotes from other companies providing the same services including a lifetime warranty, but their prices were ridiculous high.

We recently had a new epoxy floor installed in our garage, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Setting up the appointment with Brett was easy, and he was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from the start. The technician, Bob McGough, was excellent—professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took great care in preparing the surface and explained the process clearly. The finished floor looks beautiful, and I love the color—it’s exactly what we wanted. The finish is smooth, durable, and has completely transformed the space. We highly recommend this company and especially Bob for his outstanding workmanship and attention to detail.

Customer Service Review – Not Off to a Great Start
I paid in full for my garage project weeks ago and have been scheduled for installation on June 18th. Unfortunately, the customer service experience leading up to installation has been extremely disappointing.
I was told I would receive a call the day before installation with my arrival window. That call never came.
After waiting most of the day, I called multiple times, left over four messages, and received no response from scheduling. I had already made arrangements for the project, including ensuring my garage was cleared and making accommodations for my dogs, so having no communication was frustrating and concerning.
What made the situation worse was that when I finally spoke with a representative, I was initially told that my service had been canceled. This was shocking considering I had already paid in full and had received prior confirmation that I was scheduled for June 18th.
During the conversation, I pointed out that the phone number listed on the invoice and being referenced by the company was not even my phone number, which may explain why I never received any scheduling communications. Despite this obvious discrepancy, no one had contacted me to verify my information or ensure I had received the necessary updates.
After considerable effort on my part, I was eventually told that the installation crew would arrive sometime between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM tomorrow, although even then I was unable to obtain a firm confirmation.
As a customer who paid in advance and has done everything required to prepare for installation, I expected significantly better communication and professionalism. First impressions matter, and so far this experience has created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
I remain hopeful that the installation itself will go smoothly and that the quality of work will reflect the investment I made. I will provide a complete and fair review once the project is finished, but at this point I am very disappointed with the customer service and communication leading up to the installation.
