Overall, Garage Flooring Pros has exceeded my expectations. Appointment production date or day of refinishing and application was adhered to. Sticking to appointment date is super important these days as people have limited time off due to work requirements. The quote was technical and appreciated the specifics around site verification, product description and surface preparation details. My suggestion for overall better transparency is for GFP to have more clarity and specific information around sale price section of their website, what it includes and what it doesn't. Website verification and comparison is required - website needs to correspond to existing advertisement specifications. Also, there's no idea what the 50% off price relates to as I was never offered a written quote or what it entails for this price with the 50% price shown on quote. I was able to ascertain that there was another option for the two-step coating with a lifetime guarantee. It wasn't clear on their website that there are actually two packages offered. One coating with no lifetime warranty and the other, which I chose, with a lifetime warranty. Preparation (which is the most important & ultimately why I went with GFP) & final results after coating application of my garage floors is nothing short of amazing! Thank you GFP.

Garage Flooring Pros did a fantastic job installing coating for my 1300s/f shop floor. Jym was knowledgeable during his site visit. Carlos and Joseph installed the coating and were punctal, professional and experts on the process and product. The efforts from Bri in cancelling and changing the schedule- she was very patient, kind and professional in coordinating my job in one location and my son's project at his location. I recommend Garage Flooring Pros for top quality floor coatings.

Outstanding work by Garage Floor Pros (GFP). Out sales person, Joe A. was very knowledgeable, not pushy and explained the process and all of our options in a very professional manner. The product makes our garage looks amazing. The on-line tool/app gives you the opportunity to see how your floor will look with the different options and colors.
Luis & Wilson arrived on time, conducted the work in a very efficient and professional manner and departed leaving the house clean ... great job. As a result of their work, my neighbor will be calling GFP to make their garage look as clean and cool as mine.

These guys did a great job on my garage floor at home. They were there on time and completed the install in one day. Reasonable price and easy to work with. They did my shop floor on a Friday and my house the next Monday and we couldn't be happier.

Brett was super helpful! All of the installation guys were professional, John, Danny, Lloyd and Caleb who epoxied the garages, at our personal home. Chris Manning Communities plans to use them for further installs. The floors are a gorgeous way to finish off a house. I would highly recommend this company.

Good at first, but not after deposit, I already emptied my garage, they cancelled my appointment saying the crew has death in the family, I understand that. Not communicating well for re scheduling, this company does not have enough manpower, told me they have emergency crew coming later this month, today is March 3. Imagine contacting them later for warranty? They might just ignore the call.

I must say that Garage Flooring Pro is a very impressive company. They arrived on time.(Louis Soto and his partner )and as soon as they arrived they took their equipment out of the truck and got right to work.No breaks were taken until they had to wait for the materials to dry so they could scrape it and put the topcoat on.Very clean and respectful.I would use them again and would give them great referrals.Again thanks for a job well done.
