I paid them on 04/21. Today is 05/21. I have sent 10 e mails. Made 6 phone calls and at first just wanted an installation date but then wanted to cancel the service. Nobody will return your calls or e mails. If that is the customer service when all they have is your deposit then I can't imagine how bad it must be after they do the job. They need 3 full days after installation for the floor to dry. Polyurea

I hired Garage Flooring Pros to do my garage floors at our house in Myrtle Beach, SC, and it came out excellent and beautiful. The Sales Rep, Brett, was nice, and he even moved my cars out of the garage because I was home. I met the tech (Sam), and he was awesome as well. He even came back out to check if the floor was already dry and called me to say that it was okay to close the garage. I highly recommend Garage Flooring Pros if you need your garage or patio coated.

Garage flooring pros is one of the best contractors you could ever hope to have when refinishing your garage floor. After three + years or so we noticed some discoloration. When we contacted Garage Flooring Pros, they responded immediately to our concerns. Because we have a lifetime warranty on the flooring., one of the owners called me directly and asked how they could rectify the situation. Before I could answer., she offered to redo the entire floor at no charge. Other involved in getting this accomplished included office personnel Brianna (Bree), and Melissa. But a special mention goes to of course the two installers who were totally professional and completely thorough. Those gentlemen’s names are Trey and Eric. And both of those gentlemen did a wonderful job., completing the work as well as cleaning up afterward. Both my wife and I were completely satisfied with the company and the individuals we worked with that I’ve noted above. An A+++ is my grade for this company and every single individual we were privileged to work with, including our initial salesman, Jym.

First, Garage Flooring Pros confirmed my appointment the Friday before the work was to be done by phone. The lady who confirmed the appointment was very professional. Then on the day of installation Luis and Drew came over at the "speficied time" and evaluated what needed to be done before proceeding to go through all the processes. They did a lot of professional manual work covering every inch on my gagare floor meticulously. The finished job is exactly what was expected and discussed during the sales cycle with Chris. There are alot of good competitive companies with skill sets similiar to GFP but this is a company that differentiates itself from all others adding unique value.

Wow! What craftsmanship by our installer Joseph! He was maticulous with every aspect of the process. From the grinding of the floor to the painting of the little ledge with a 2 inch paintbrush, rolling on the base, sprinkling of the flakes and the scraping the small amount of clear cote to make a perfectly straight line at the base where the garage doors meet the floor, Joseph was a total pro! Our garage floor looks unreal... Couldn't be happier with the result... Thanks to Joseph and Garage Floor Pros!
